See how your audience's view of you changes over time

Horizon monitors your footprint with each of your audiences, not just overall sentiment. When it shifts, you see which customers moved, what caused it and where the conversation came from.

The Horizon page, with organization sentiment, Waypoints and alerts above a 13 week chart of positive sentiment against the horizon line.

The horizon line

Are we better or worse off than last time?

Every reading is measured against the last one, the horizon line, for your organization and each live Plan, so you can see at a glance which way things are moving.

A 13 week Horizon chart of positive sentiment that dips below the horizon line, with pricing named as what pulled it down.

Waypoints

What changed and why?

Each meaningful shift becomes a Waypoint: what pulled sentiment down or lifted it, by how much, and the communities, reviews and comments it came from.

Horizon's Waypoints list, showing each sentiment shift with its size, its source count and whether it recovered.

Alerts

Will we hear about it before it's the story?

When negative sentiment rises, an alert reaches your inbox with the cause and the sources, so you can respond while it's still a conversation.

A Horizon alert email reporting a rise in negative sentiment on pricing, with what pulled it down and the sources behind it.

Executive summaries

What does leadership actually see?

An executive summary on a schedule: your footprint with each Ideal Customer Profile, the largest shifts and what caused them, every number with its source count. It's distilled to what a leader needs to decide.

Horizon's executive summary email, giving sentiment by Ideal Customer Profile, the largest shifts with what caused them, and Point Observations.

The Dashboard

Where do we see it day to day?

On the Dashboard, beside your Target Audience, and on its own page with every Waypoint and its history.

The Dashboard greeting a returning user with a new Waypoint and its cause, next to overall sentiment and the Horizon panel.

Common questions about Horizon

Straight answers about where sentiment comes from, how often it's checked and what triggers an alert.

What is the horizon line?

The last reading. Each new reading is drawn against it, so you can see at a glance whether sentiment rose or fell since then, and by how much.

What counts as a Waypoint?

A meaningful shift in sentiment toward your organization or a live Plan. Each Waypoint says how far it moved, what pulled it down or lifted it, where the discussion is happening and how sure Metisyne is.

Who gets the emails?

The executive summary goes out on the schedule you choose, and an alert goes out when sentiment turns negative. Both are written for leadership and can be forwarded as they are. You can turn alerts off separately from the summary.

Is this social listening?

It reads the same kinds of public discussion, but always through the customers you described. You see your footprint with each Ideal Customer Profile, not just one overall number.
