Know what will land before you spend

Planning sizes an idea, campaign or concept against your Ideal Customer before you commit budget, with context-aware data on how they search, how they feel, who you're up against and which channels fit.

The Planning area, listing Northwind's Plans with the audience each one serves, whether it is live and its opportunity rating.

Begin with a need

Where do we even start?

With the idea and the customer. Choose an Ideal Customer Profile, the Customer Missions the idea serves and up to three seed keywords, and Metisyne builds the Plan from there.

Step two of starting a Plan, choosing which Customer Missions it serves for the Ideal Customer Profile and each of its Personas.

Opportunity

Is this idea worth the budget?

See how big the opportunity is for this audience, how much they need it, whether you can win and whether the timing is right, with the reason behind every rating.

The open angle

What is everyone else leading with?

See similar campaigns already running, the promise each one leads with and the angle nobody is using yet.

Suggestions

What should we actually say?

See the semantic keywords this audience already searches, the words they use and what stands out before you launch, from timing to the objection they raise most.

Before launch

Can we check it before it goes live?

Yes. Send any angle or message to a Focus Group and test it with your audience. The result comes back to the Plan, marked as tested.

Common questions about Planning

Straight answers about where the data comes from, how often a Plan updates and how Planning works with Focus Groups.

What is a Plan?

An idea sized against a real audience before you launch it. You start with an Ideal Customer Profile, the Customer Missions it serves, your idea and three seed keywords. The Plan comes back as a live dashboard, never a brief.

Does Planning track results after launch?

No. Rankings, traffic and conversions stay in the tools you already use. Planning keeps the read on your audience current until the Plan ends, so you can adjust while it runs.

How is this different from a keyword tool?

A keyword tool shows how people searched. Planning reads the behavior behind the keywords before launch, maps them to the stage of the buyer's journey, and ranks them by how well they match the audience you described.

How often does a Plan refresh?

On your plan's schedule, from the day you start it until its end date. Each refresh shows what changed since the last one.

Can I take the suggestions into other tools?

Yes. Export keywords as .csv, or the Plan as .md for your AI tools or a printed PDF.
