These terms cover your use of metisyne.com, including its free tools, which Metisyne LLC ("Metisyne", "we") runs. By using the site, you agree to them. Your use of the Metisyne product at app.metisyne.com, including subscriptions and billing, is covered by your customer agreement, which wins if the two disagree.
Using the site
You can browse the site, read it, share links to it and use the free tools for your own work and your organization's. Please don't:
- Break the law or anyone's rights while using the site.
- Try to get into parts of the site or our systems you aren't meant to, or disrupt how they work.
- Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing product.
- Send us spam, malware or someone else's personal information without their permission.
The free tools
What you enter in the free tools is yours, and so is the profile or comparison they produce. Your answers stay in your browser. If you ask us to send you the result, we handle your email as our privacy policy describes.
The tools turn your own description into a structured document. They don't add outside data, and the result is only as accurate as what you put in. Use your judgment before acting on it.
Our content
The site's text, design, logos, screenshots and software belong to Metisyne or the people who license them to us. You can quote and link to the site with credit. Please ask before using our name or logo in anything else.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites when they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say or do.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Examples and screenshots show how the product works; they aren't a promise of a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Metisyne isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or the free tools, and our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and ending access
We may change the site, the free tools or these terms. When we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top of the page; using the site after that means you accept the new version. We may stop anyone from using the site if they break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and any dispute will be handled in its courts, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
